1. Installment plans
Installment plans run for 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 months. A minimum down payment (set by the store, currently 30% of the one-off price) is required before a device is released. Interest for the chosen duration is added to the one-off price; the remaining balance is divided evenly across the selected months.
2. Eligibility & onboarding
Plans are completed in person with a branch agent after you send your plan summary on WhatsApp. Valid identification and a verifiable address may be required during onboarding. Approval is at the discretion of J King Gina Limited.
3. Payments & late payment
Monthly payments are due on the agreed date each month. Late payments may attract penalties and could affect eligibility for future plans. Devices remain the property of J King Gina Limited until the final payment is made.
4. Warranty & returns
Devices are genuine and carry the manufacturer's warranty. Faulty units should be reported within 48 hours of pickup. This summary is a placeholder — the full contract is issued and signed at the branch during onboarding.
